Drawing inspiration from his daughters, Kirk says, "They inspire me to improve myself"

Currently residing in Los Angeles, Kirk Gaudi found a love for design at an early age. "I remember being on a construction project with my dad when I was six", Kirk says. "I went home and made a floor plan with my left-over wood scraps." As a young draftsman in Monett, Missouri, Kirk was inspired by his drafting teacher's tale of his own teacher being involved in the design of the St. Louis Gateway Arch.

From Iowa to California, Kirk has designed residential properties, public libraries, classrooms, industrial buildings and churches. He has designed over 35 custom homes, working with city, county, state and coastal regulatory agencies while meeting the personal needs and asthetic desires of each client.

"I enjoy sitting down with individuals and helping them discover their specific vision", says Kirk. "Whether it's a wood-fired brick bread oven, a strategically placed skylight, or a hand-carved marble fireplace, I love finding that special touch that will turn a functional house into a custom made dream home. I can't think of anything more rewarding."
